Clinic Assistant (Full-Time / Part-Time)
Location: Costa Grove, Pasir Ris
Start Date: 25 March 2026

Salary:
• Full-time: $2,400 - $3,200 / month
• Part-time: Salary prorated

Job Responsibilities

• Billing, payments, Third party insurance claims and MediSave/CHAS claims
• Stock management and inventory for medical supplies and pharmacy items
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and prepare treatment rooms
• General administrative duties (data entry, filing, document scanning, follow-ups, liaising with labs)
• Ad-hoc duties to support smooth clinic operations
• Provide friendly and professional customer service

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year clinic assistant or healthcare admin experience preferred
• Minimum GCE N/O / ITE / Diploma (healthcare background is a plus)
• Good communication skills and service-oriented attitude
• Team player, organised, and willing to learn
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office, experience with Sgimed clinic management system is an advantage)
• Willing to work weekends and night shifts, when required
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for a senior role
