We are looking for a Project Manager to lead end-to-end projects for high-precision automation and assembly machines in the pharma and medtech industries. You will coordinate engineering teams, manage project timelines and budgets. To ensure successful machine commissioning and customer acceptance.
Main Responsibilities
- You will manage the full lifecycle of assigned projects for high-precision automation and assembly machines used in the pharmaceutical and medtech industries, from project initiation to on-site commissioning at the customer's facility.
- You will supervise and coordinate engineering teams to ensure full alignment with the project's budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
- You will analyze and plan the necessary resources based on ongoing and upcoming projects.
- You will ensure that commissioning and customer acceptance testing of our assembly systems meet all technical and performance expectations.
- You will act as the primary contact for customers throughout the project, providing clear and regular updates on progress.
- You will contribute your strong technical expertise to support engineering teams and help identify robust solutions throughout the design and integration phases.
- You will monitor project execution to ensure full compliance with budget, timelines, and quality standards.
- You will work closely with the technical office/engineering teams to guarantee machine reliability, performance, and long-term viability after commissioning.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in industrial automation, machinery, or high-precision equipment.
- Strong technical knowledge across mechanical, automation, and electrical domains.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
- Proficient with IT tools and ERP systems.
- Organized, proactive, and a strong team player.
