- Update daily sales and expense transactions into the accounting system
- Reconcile marketplace payments (e.g. platform sales vs bank receipts)
- Assist with invoice issuance and filing
- Maintain proper records and documentation
- Support basic accounts receivable and payable matters
- Perform other administrative and accounts-related duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping
- Comfortable with data entry and reconciliation work
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel
- Careful, organised, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and follow instructions
- Experience in accounting or admin roles is an advantage (training provided)
