Job Description:

  • Update daily sales and expense transactions into the accounting system
  • Reconcile marketplace payments (e.g. platform sales vs bank receipts)
  • Assist with invoice issuance and filing
  • Maintain proper records and documentation
  • Support basic accounts receivable and payable matters
  • Perform other administrative and accounts-related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping
  • Comfortable with data entry and reconciliation work
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel
  • Careful, organised, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently and follow instructions
  • Experience in accounting or admin roles is an advantage (training provided)
