Are you passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for visitors? As a Guest Experience Officer , you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring every interaction is welcoming and memorable.

• Attend to all walk-in ticketing, retails and lounge sales and enquiries of guests
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Perform end to end ticketing sales and cashiering duties, includes daily opening, closing
• Actively promote ticketing packages, promotions and sales at the main admission area
• Facilitate and coordinate guided tour of various group of people
• Maintain cleanliness of service area
• Ensure proper records of facility usage and that corresponding charges are keyed into system and maintained accurately
• Manage provision and service of food and beverages as ordered by guest
• Prepare and serve the food and beverage such as hot meals, coffee, snacks to lounge guests
• Operate dishwashing machinery to clean all cutleries, chinaware, glassware and store them in the stations after drying
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Min GCE 'N' Level with prior experience in customer service is an advantage
• Professional demeanor with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Working hours:

• Commit 6 hours / 12 hours rotating shift (eg. 6am to 12pm / 9am to 9pm)
• Multiple shift hours available!
