Job Summary

The role supports fire protection solutions provider at Joo Koon by delivering administrative, customer service, and sales operations assistance to ensure smooth coordination among teams, clients, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Enter and file data accurately to maintain organized records for sales and customer information
• Respond promptly and clearly to customer enquiries to enhance satisfaction and support sales processes
• Manage phone calls and correspondence including emails, letters, and packages to ensure effective communication
• Organize and schedule appointments to support timely meetings and sales activities
• Assist the sales team by preparing quotations and processing sales orders to facilitate smooth sales execution
• Prepare and manage documentation for after-sales services to ensure proper follow-up and customer support
• Maintain office cleanliness to provide a safe and professional work environment
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support team and operational needs
