Job Description:

Reporting to the Group CEO and Group Finance Director, the incumbent shall be responsible for:-

• Supervise group finance team in the timely preparation of monthly and annual consolidation of financial reports for management and statutory reporting purposes
• Analyse, measure and monitor performance of subsidiaries; make recommendations for improvements.
• Assist in treasury matters, including monthly reporting of cash balances across the regions.
• Coordinate with the subsidiaries in the preparation of annual budget and financial plans; challenge their assumptions and drive performance.
• Provide IFRS accounting support to the subsidiaries and conduct finance training for the Group
• Implement financial and accounting policies and procedures for the Group. Ensure compliance with good governance, practice and standards
• Liaise with bankers for all corporate banking matters and external auditors for year-end audit
• Implement Group reporting system
• Any other ad hoc improvements projects

Job Requirements:

• Possess Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or ACCA
• At least 6 years of experience in similar capacity
• Strong knowledge in IFRS/SFRS accounting
• Strong analytical, numerical and meticulous skills required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good organizational skills and with a focus on meeting deadlines
• Committed, self-motivated and proactive
• Proficient in MS Excel
