Work Location
Holland Village Station (CC21 - Circle Line / Orange Line)
Eligibility Requirements
• \tStatus: Singaporean / PR only
Experience: Minimum relevant experience in F&B / catering industry (restaurant management preferred)
Salary & Benefits
• \tBase Salary: $4,500 - $6,000+ (based on performance)
• \tMeals: 2 meals provided daily
• \tMonthly rest days: 4 days
• \tSick Leave: As per MOM regulations (3-year benefits same as MOM)
Working Hours
10:30am - 11:00pm
2-hour break in between

Job Responsibilities
• \tAssist in daily restaurant operations management and handle emergencies
• \tEnsure restaurant meets/exceeds standards of food quality, safety, hygiene, cleanliness
• \tConduct staff training, coaching, and monitor staff performance
• \tEnforce discipline and ensure all staff comply with workplace behavior standards
• \tMaintain high morale and positive team culture in the outlet
• \tResponsible for monthly inventory checks and replenishment planning
• \tEnsure all licenses, hygiene, safety, health, sanitation standards comply with laws/regulations
• \tPrepare monthly performance reports
• \tParticipate in shift planning and manpower scheduling

Job Requirements / Candidate Profile
• \tExperience in a similar management role in the F&B / catering industry
• \tStrong leadership and people management skills
• \tExcellent communication and coordination ability
• \tProactive, capable, responsible, and able to work under pressure
• \tTeam-oriented with a positive working attitude
