• Position title: Junior Conveyancing Lawyer | Legal Counsel

• Starting Salary: $5,500 - $7,000

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Law
2. 1-3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in conveyancing or related legal work.
3. Familiarity with property laws and conveyancing procedures.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions. These documents include sale and purchase agreements and loan agreements.
• You will provide advice to clients on all aspects of buying or selling property. This includes legal issues, financial considerations, and contract matters.
• Engage in negotiations with the other party's lawyer for the Option to Purchase (OTP). Provide advice to clients on the conveyancing process and their rights and obligations.
• Liaise with various parties involved in the transaction, including real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant stakeholders.
