Clinic Manager

Role Overview

The Clinic Manager oversees daily clinic operations while actively driving sales performance, service excellence, and team development. This role is client-facing and hands-on, ensuring every patient experience reflects standards of professionalism, care, and precision.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Consultations

• Conduct professional consultations and confidently recommend suitable aesthetic and wellness treatments aligned with client needs and clinic protocols
• Ensure a seamless, premium client journey from enquiry to post-treatment follow-up
• Handle client feedback, concerns, and service recovery promptly and professionally

Operations & Clinic Management

• Support smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring workflows, schedules, and resources are well managed
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and MOH-compliant clinic practices
• Assist in managing inventory, treatment rooms, and front-of-house readiness

Sales & Performance

• Drive outlet-specific sales targets through effective consultation, follow-ups, and team coaching
• Track sales performance, identify gaps, and implement action plans to improve conversion and retention
• Support membership, packages, and promotional initiatives in a compliant and client-centric manner

Team Leadership

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of therapists to deliver consistent, high-quality service
• Provide on-the-job guidance, training, and performance feedback
• Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative team culture aligned with the brand values

Marketing & Campaign Execution

• Support lead management, follow-ups, and conversion from marketing initiatives (e.g. WhatsApp,events, partnerships)

Continuous Improvement

• Identify operational or service gaps and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
• Perform other duties as assigned to support clinic growth and excellence

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of management and sales experience in an aesthetic clinic, beauty, or wellness environment
• Strong sales acumen with a genuine, service-oriented approach
• Good knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare, and clinic equipment (laser, injectables support, facials, etc.)
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, premium clinic setting
