Job Responsibilities

• Actively source and develop new customers for vehicle sales, including overseas buyers and dealers
• Manage end-to-end sales process for vehicle exports, from inquiry to order confirmation and delivery
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on vehicle availability, shipping schedules, and documentation
• Handle and follow up on export-related documents such as invoices, packing lists, COO, and export permits
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents to ensure smooth customs clearance
• Ensure compliance with Singapore customs, LTA, and export regulations
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide after-sales support
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
• Prepare sales reports and achieve monthly sales targets
