We are seeking a full-time Golf Professional to lead the development of our junior academy and school programs. This role involves creating training curriculums, managing junior and school events, and maintaining a full teaching schedule.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement junior and school golf programs.
• Organize events, training camps, and competitions to promote golf development.
• Deliver high-quality coaching sessions to aspiring young players.
• Work with schools and partners to integrate golf into educational curriculums.
• Track student progress and ensure structured development pathways.
• Organizing academy events.
• Active in academies marketing strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum Class "A" status in a major Professional Golfers' Association.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree and above
• At least 3 years of experience teaching junior/school golf in an international setting.
• Proven experience in developing junior golf programs and working with internal / external stakeholders
