Are you ready to lead growthacross Southeast Asia? Emerson is looking for an Assistant/Regional SalesManager to drive sales performance in key territories. In this role, you willown Territory Sales Targets, build and manage a strong opportunity funnel, anddeliver the targets and reporting responsibilities. You will collaborate withthe sales teams to implement product and sales strategies across the channelnetwork that drive preference for Emerson Actuators.
In this Role, YourResponsibilities Will Be:
• Set yearly and monthly financial goals forDistribution Channels or Valve OEMs and help them exceed those goals. Track andreport monthly performance.
• Provide technical support to internal salesteams and customers by reviewing applications and specifying appropriateactuators.
• Identify white space in assigned territoriesand develop channel plans to capture these opportunities.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales and ProjectPursuit leaders to identify and win projects.
• Work closely with the product marketing teamon new market developments and product updates.
• Become an expert on the products andterritories represented.
• Deliver sales and product training forDistribution Channels, End Users, and EPCs to drive preference.
• Develop, record, and present insights on theAsia Pacific Actuation market to regional and global management, includingcompetitors, pricing, and product gaps.
• Maintain full ownership of measuring,tracking, and reporting progress for overall business in managed territories.

For This Role, You Will Need:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability todefine and articulate clear action plans.
• Proven aptitude in solution-based selling (notlimited to price negotiation).
• Excellent verbal and written communicationskills in English; proficiency in second language is an advantage for liaising with Asian-speaking customers.
• Ability to build strong relationships andinfluence outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications ThatSet You Apart:
• Engineering degree with 8 years of salesexperience in valve actuation, instrumentation and control systems, or relatedindustry.
