Assistance Disbursement Event
Qualifications & Requirements
- Conduct needs assessments through focus group discussions, interviews, and home visits to better understand family dynamics, challenges, and strengths.
- Provide casework support and appropriate referrals for issues such as financial difficulties and access to community resources.
- Maintain up-to-date case records and beneficiary databases
- Work collaboratively with volunteers, partner agencies and internal teams to coordinate support plans
- Develop and facilitate family-focused programmes, workshops, and engagement activities tailored to beneficiaries' needs.
- Prepare communication materials to inform families about services and events, and respond to queries through various channels.
- Administer interim support and check-ins for vulnerable families
- Support event planning and logistics for family engagement activities, ensuring positive and meaningful interactions for participants.
Assistance Disbursement Event
- Support the overall coordination of the assistance disbursement event, ensuring activities were aligned with the intended goals.
- Assist with cross-team collaboration across logistics, volunteer engagement, and administration to maintain smooth operations.
- Facilitate communication with external stakeholders and sponsors.
- Manage day-to-day interactions with beneficiaries, including intake processes, needs assessments, and follow-ups.
- Plan and carry out distribution of rations and vouchers, as well as family engagement activities.
- Budget tracking and administrative tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Social Work (or related discipline).
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in social service, casework support and community programmes
- Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience.
