Job Description:

• At least a Civil Engineering Degree or relevant discipline recognized bythe Professional Engineers Board of Singapore with a minimum 5 yearsrelevant experience in managing Civil Engineering projects.

• Should also hold the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) Specialist Diploma in WSH (Construction Industry), or similar Qualifications and Experience acceptable to HDB.

• Possess the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) Specialist Diploma in WSH (Construction Industry), or similar Qualifications and Experience acceptable to HDB.

Job Requirements:

• To assist the Qualified Person (C&S) in coordinating and managing the designand construction.
• To carry out site safety inspections, including taking photos of unsafe acts and conditions, and highlighting the relevant parties on immediate actions to be taken.
• To maintain safety records, permits, incident logs, and follow-up documentation.
• To submit safety reports on all projects under the consultancy package.
• To organize and participate in regular safety site walks and inspections with stakeholders.
