Catering Operations Manager

Work Days: 5 days (including weekends)

Salary: $4,300 to $4,900

Address: Sembawang

Job responsibilities:

• Work closely with operations, sales and kitchen team to ensure the clients' needs are met
• Oversee and monitor all operations and logistics for all catering events
• Manage manpower planning to suit different catering needs
• Monitor service, food and beverage standards and resolve any issues if necessary
• Build and maintain good working relationship with clients and handle customer complaints
• Monitor and maintain vehicle standard, food quality, service standard & smooth running of the catering office and central kitchen
• Understanding with and complying with the mandatory hygiene standards and requirements

Requirements:

• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in catering line or hotel catering services
• Possess Diploma/GCE 'A' or 'O' Level
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Class 3 driving license
