Job Summary

Oversee and manage comprehensive accounting functions, delivering accurate financial reports and analyses to drive strategic business decisions and enhance financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full set of accounts management and execute month-end closing to ensure timely financial closure
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with accuracy to support business transparency and compliance
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to align financial goals with business strategy
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and overall financial performance to inform and support effective business decisions
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements to maintain regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, banks, and other external parties to facilitate smooth financial operations
• Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to management to support strategic planning and business growth
• Identify and implement improvements in financial processes, controls, and reporting efficiency to optimize operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in managing a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
