Job Scope:

• Oversee and plan operational and preventive maintenance activities.
• Manage and evaluate vendor performance in accordance with service agreements.
• Lead and supervise engineers, technicians, and contractors for daily building operations and maintenance.
• Review, recommend, and implement work order variations within delegated authority.
• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules, fault reports, and corrective work orders.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and statutory requirements.
• Manage A&A works, repairs, redecorations, and other project-related activities.
• Supervise on-site teams and handle staff management matters.
• Foster strong working relationships with team members and building owners.
• Prepare and present weekly service/maintenance reports and monthly management reports.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Building/ Facilities Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experiences.
