Creative Internship (Full-time, 6 months)
With the opportunity to convert to a permanent role for strong performers.

We're looking for a Creative Intern who lives on TikTok/Instagram, enjoys coming up with fun ideas, and isn't afraid of testing, failing, and trying again. You'll be part of the core content team, not just "helping out".

You will:

• Brainstorm and research content ideas for TikTok & Instagram based on trends, hooks and what people are actually watching.
• Help plan and structure content (hooks, flow, CTAs) so videos are clear, engaging and easy to follow.
• Edit short-form videos using tools like CapCut / Premiere Pro or similar.
• Create simple, eye-catching social assets (posts, stories, basic graphics) using Canva / Adobe tools.
• Support on shoots: planning shot lists, preparing props, helping on set and coordinating with creators.
• Give suggestions on how to improve content based on feedback and basic performance data (views, watch time, saves, etc.).
• Handle ad-hoc creative and production tasks to keep campaigns moving smoothly.

Nice-to-haves (bonus points):

• Comfortable or open to occasionally appearing on camera, or helping direct on-camera talent.
• Basic understanding of TikTok / IG analytics or interest in performance marketing.
• Previous personal projects (school work, passion projects, TikTok/IG account, etc.) you can show us.

Who you are:

• Active user of TikTok and/or Instagram, up to date on trends and formats.
• Creative, curious and willing to share ideas, even if they're not perfect yet.
• Responsible and organised with deadlines, files and communication.
• Open to feedback and eager to learn fast in a start-up style environment.
