Responsibilities

-Ensures that sales and marketing efforts are coordinated and synchronized

• Support sales team

• Helping to manage enquiries and feedback

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

• Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to support informed decision-making.

• Work closely with operations team to resolve operation issues

• Support in administrative work

• Maintain good filing system and proper records

• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Proven prior experience will be considered a plus

• Willing to work on weekends upon company's needs

• Excellent computer skills (MS Office)

• Proficiency in English

• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving

• Good verbal and written communication skills
