Salary & Incentives

• Base Salary: $2,200
• Uncapped Incentives (Earn more by selling membership packages)
• Variable bonuses

Working Arrangement

• 5.5-day work week (5 / 6 / 5 / 6 rotation)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday, Alternate Saturday or Sunday
• Start Date: First Monday of every month

Working Location

• Multiple locations available (Islandwide)
• Assignment based on operational needs, followed by candidate preference

Job Responsibilities

• Promote and sell gym membership packages to prospective customers
• Conduct follow-ups with potential members to close sales
• Actively engage walk-in customers and existing members
• Build strong rapport and maintain positive member relationships
• Represent the brand professionally at all times

Requirements

• Comfortable with sales and customer engagement
• Prior experience in Sales / Retail / Customer Service preferred
• Good English communication skills
• Open race and gender
• Singaporean or PR
