Job Responsibilities

• \tLead a team of recruitment consultants in achieving sales targets

• \tDevelop new business and serve existing clientele

• \tMentor and motivate a team of consultants

• \tMaintain orderly day-to-day operations in line with company protocol

• \tKeep abreast of market trends and provide insights to clients

• \tManage the end-to-end recruitment process with a team of consultants

Job Requirements

• \tDegree in any discipline

• \tExperience in the recruitment industry is required

• \tProven track record of success in recruitment sales

• \tLeadership capability in motivating the team to achieve sales targets

• \tAbility to plan and strategize

• \tStrong motivator and results driven
