What you'll be doing
What we're looking for
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates for various roles within the company
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and requirements, and design customised recruitment plans
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, application screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of high-quality candidates
- Implement innovative recruitment techniques, such as social media outreach and employee referral programs, to enhance our employer brand and reach top talent
- Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimise the recruitment process
- Provide guidance and support to managers on best practices in recruitment, hiring, and employee retention
What we're looking for
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a recruitment or HR management role, preferably in the human resources and recruitment industry
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, employer branding, and talent management best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively interact with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Familiarity with HR technology and applicant tracking systems
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
