Job Summary

The Research and Development Manager is responsible for leading the design, development, and improvement of products, processes, or technologies. This role manages R&D projects, supervises technical teams, ensures innovation aligns with business goals, and drives continuous improvement to maintain competitiveness in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee research and development projects from concept to completion
• Lead and mentor R&D engineers, scientists, and technical staff

• Collaborate with production, quality, marketing, and sales teams

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, or related field
