Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products and services.
• Collaborate with the service team to identify additional sales opportunities through service excellence.
• Capable of handling repetitive duties efficiently; possesses excellent communication and organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative, upbeat approach to work

Requirements

• Processes Diploma or Degree, ideally in Engineering fields
• Good to have knowledge of ACMV/BMS in Building Sector
• Good to have experience in the Building Environment Industry
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
