- Provide excellence customer service at all time
- Promote and sell company products and services
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked shelves
- Operate the cash register and handle payments accurately
- Handle customer concerns or complaints politely and efficiently
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet sales and service targets
