Responsibilities:- Toco-ordinate the E&M works on the project and closely interface witharchitectural and structural works with the objective of meeting the budgets,client satisfaction and on time completion.

• Ensure that contractors carry out their work in compliance with the prevailingregulations set up by the building authorities and government agencies ofSingapore

• Inspect materials and workmanship of construction work.

• Coordination of all E&M works with subcontractors and SWCs

• Coordinate with Consultants, Design and Construction team to resolve design andconstruction issues.

• Coordinate all E&M works and ensuring progress of E&M works on site is on scheduleto meet project timeline.

• Review requirements, codes, working drawings, shop drawings, and specs related toE&M works

• Preparing, reviewing and controlling RFI (Request for Information) related to EM works

• Involve in E&M planning, coordination with consultants such as monitoring of samplesubmission, approval status of drawing, etc.

• Other duties as assigned by supervisor such as checking architectural drawings.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience after tertiary education in relevant electrical or mechanical field in the construction supervision of E&M works for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of work.

• Must have good understanding of architectural works and structural works to properly interface with the E&Mworks.

• Experience in underground tunnel project and E&M design coordination works is advantageous.

• Able to work 5.5 days
