Position: Project Manager
Location: Must be open to traveling around
Salary: Up to $18,000

What You Will Do:

• Manage and deliver rail projects on time, within budget, and to required standards
• Work closely with LTA and clients to ensure smooth coordination and communication
• Lead and manage project teams, consultants, and contractors
• Plan resources and ensure the team can meet project needs
• Monitor project progress, cost, quality, and safety performance
• Handle change management and resolve project issues
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and technical requirements
• Promote best practices and continuous improvement
• Lead safety management and accident investigations when required

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Proven experience in LTA / rail construction projects (mandatory)
• Good commercial and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of project management and construction processes
• Strong knowledge of WSH, safety, and environmental requirements
• Experience in safety management and accident investigation

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Railway Engineering OR Tier 2 Professional Project Manager (SPM) accreditation
• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience
• Minimum 8 years managing design and construction teams for rail projects
