Project Planning & Scheduling
- Develop and manage work schedules for mechanical and plumbing contractors.
- Coordinate manpower planning and site visits.
- Organize and lead coordination meetings with stakeholders.
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and maintain RFIs, shop drawings, change notices, and other project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
Site Coordination
- Oversee installation and commissioning of mechanical and plumbing systems.
- Monitor subcontractors' performance and ensure on-site safety.
- Coordinate deliveries of materials and track supplier timelines.
Resource Management
- Control supply of materials and manage logistics such as waste disposal.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to align project plans.
- Provide updates on project progress and resolve conflicts.
Skills, Experience Competencies Required
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering recognised by the PEB / BCA will be an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant local experience in building construction or similar projects.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of mechanical and plumbing systems (HVAC, sanitary, piping).
- Familiarity with construction documentation (RFIs, shop drawings).
- Communication and stakeholder management.
- Problem-solving and adaptability under tight deadlines.
