You'll dig deep into the job market, spot rising talent, and connect with potential candidates using job boards, social media, and the latest sourcing tools.

Working alongside experienced recruiters, you'll play a key role in matching the right people to the right roles, keeping the hiring pipeline full, and making the hiring process faster and smarter. Key Responsibilities

• Utilize various sourcing techniques and platforms to identify and attract candidates.
• Conduct initial assessments, and screening candidates to determine their suitability for specific positions.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to successfully shortlist candidates for specific roles. Proactively build pipelines of candidate prospects for niche skillsets
• Support various hiring projects, such as strategizing sourcing talent pipelines and resume mining (via LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques).
• Own the interview scheduling process and maintain clear lines of communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Be the ambassador of company's culture, provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements

• Possesses prior experience performing talent sourcing in a high-volume environment (via agency or in-house recruiting environment).
• Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (ie. Boolean, LinkedIn and other alternative sourcing techniques) to identify & engage passive candidates.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
