JOB SUMMARY

The International Marketing Manager will support and execute PAÑPURI's international marketing strategy, driving brand growth and awareness across key Asia-focused markets. This role is responsible for supporting the development of impactful marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency, and working closely with Regional Business Managers, distributors, and cross-functionalteams to strengthen PAÑPURI's position as a leading luxury wellness and beauty brand.

The role requires close communication and collaboration with PAÑPURI's Head Office in Thailand, ensuring alignment on brand direction, marketing strategy, campaign execution, and global standards across all international markets.

This role is designed for a strong international marketing professional with the potential to grow into a Head of International Marketing position, subject to performance, leadership capability, and business expansion.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. International Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Support the development and execution of PAÑPURI's international marketing strategy in alignment with brand positioning and commercial objectives.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and industry trends in key markets including China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, and Malaysia.
  • Identify growth opportunities and contribute to market expansion initiatives in collaboration with senior management.

2. Brand Positioning & Awareness
  • Ensure consistent execution of PAÑPURI's brand identity across all international markets.
  • Support global and regional PR initiatives, influencer collaborations, and strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
  • Communicate PAÑPURI's values around sustainability, natural ingredients, and ethical practices through relevant marketing touchpoints.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across international markets, adapting to local cultural and consumer insights.
  • Work closely with internal creative and content teams, as well as external agencies, to develop marketing materials, digital assets, and in-store activations.
  • Implement and manage digital marketing initiatives including social media, CRM, email marketing, and SEO in alignment with regional needs.

4. E-commerce & Omnichannel Support
  • Support e-commerce growth in international markets through digital marketinginitiatives and campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with e-commerce and retail teams to ensure online and offline brand experiencesare aligned with PAÑPURI's luxury positioning.
  • Assist in developing omnichannel initiatives such as in-store events, online exclusives, andseasonal campaigns

5. Partner Collaboration
  • Work closely with international retail partners to ensure brand guidelines andmarketing standards are upheld.
  • Provide marketing tools, guidelines, and campaign support to local partners.
  • Monitor distributor marketing execution and provide feedback to support continuousimprovement.

6. Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations foroptimization.
  • Support KPI tracking across international markets and prepare regular performancereports.
  • Assist in managing the international marketing budget and ensuring effective resourceutilization.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or master's degree is an advantage.
  • 8-10 years of marketing experience, with solid exposure to international or regional markets.
  • Experience in luxury, beauty, wellness or lifestyle brands, preferable with Asia-Pacific markets
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce ecosystems.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners or distributors.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using marketing performance and data analysis tools.
  • Be able to communicate in Thai is an advantage
  • Genuine interest in wellness, sustainability, and luxury consumer trends.
