Job Description:

• We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team. Fresh graduate is welcome. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive shopping experience and provide consultation for our customers by providing exceptional service, assisting with product knowledge, system input and invoice creation. Photography and video editing skills will be a plus point.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product information, answer customer queries, and make recommendations.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are well-organized and displayed attractively.
• Operate and handle transactions accurately.
• Process admin & paperwork in accordance with store policies.
• Assist video & photos taking and key into system.
