We are hiring for an established lighting company.
Job title: Project Coordinator cum Admin coordinator
Work location: 21 Kallang Avenue

Responsibilities:
• Assist manager on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation
• Attend sales queries, prepare and follow up on any sales quotations, delivery of products and
installation works
• Coordinate and monitor project activities, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Liaise with the internal department stakeholders, and external with architects, designers,
lighting consultants, contractors and the clients
• Attend site meetings and ensure timely project completion
• Prepare lighting proposal
• Draft lighting plan
• Involve in lighting design
• Attend site visit and site survey
• Any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned
• The employee will be expected to undertake other duties as appropriate and as requested by
the Company.
Requirements:
• Diploma or equivalent
• At least 2-3 years working experience in a related capacity
• Proficient in both spoken and written English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Familiar with ERP system or other equivalent software platform
• Knowledge in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up and Photoshop software
• Good team player who is keen to learn and with strong analytical, communication and
interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently with minimal guidance
• Able to work and adapt well in fast-paced environments with strong resilience to meet
deadlines and targets
• All employees who work in the department cover for each other if someone is on leave or sick
leave
