Roles & Responsibilities :
Requirements:
- Conduct site visits,understand requirements, and prepare cost estimates (with PM/QS support).
- Present proposals clearlyand follow up consistently to close deals.
- Update clients on project progress.
- Assist in handover,warranty documents and after-sales follow-up.
- Attend Architect, Consultant and Maincon meeting when needed.
Requirements:
- 2 years of relevant sales or marketing experience (Construction)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Some background or exposure in marketing is preferred.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Able to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
