Responsibilities

• Reach out to working professionals to support skills development, employability enhancement, and lifelong learning objectives
• Advise clients on suitable training programmes via social media, virtual consultations, phone outreach, and events
• Participate in outreach initiatives such as corporate roadshows, seminars, and learning sessions
• Proactively identify market opportunities and expand one's client and sales portfolio
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Take ownership of individual sales performance, including lead management and follow-up
• Conduct telesales and manage virtual appointments to ensure effective client engagement

Requirements

• Possess a Diploma or equivalent
• Candidates who has experience engaging with customers via various outreach channels is added advantage
• Preferable experience in call-center, virtual sessions, live chats, roadshow, branches, corporate events is added advantage
