Job Responsibilities:
Job Requirements:
- Provide efficient and effective PA support to the Chairman
- Manage daily schedules, calendars, emails, phone calls, and correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and assist with meeting-related logistics
- Provide personal and family-related assistance to the Chairman
- Coordinating personal appointments and schedules
- Assisting with household-related coordination (e.g. service appointments, deliveries, vendors)
- Supporting family-related travel planning and logistics, travel with the Chairman and family when required
- Running personal errands as required
- Act as a trusted point of coordination between the family, service providers, and relevant stakeholders
- Handle sensitive personal matters with discretion and professionalism
Job Requirements:
- 1 year experience preferred as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage varied responsibilities
- Comfortable supporting both business and personal matters
- Able to work independently, anticipate needs, and respond quickly to changing priorities
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
- Willingness to travel when required
- Possess good Mandarin writing, reading and listening skill and able to understand Shandong Longkou dialect in order to liaise with counterparts/associate
