Tender:
(Main Scope) To manages and prepares all the cost estimates for tender projects.Involves in value engineering and determining the price of the service.
In Project:
(Supporting Role) To provide support in projects to check and ensure timely upstream claims to clients are maximize to the company interest including variation order.
To report any major contractual status, arise after discussion with project sites.Update any changes in project budget.To ensure accurate and timely payment response are certified to the subcontractor's monthly claim.

Requirements:
Recognized Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent10 years of relevant experiences in Mechanical and Electrical/General Construction/Civil Construction experiences or its related fieldInvolve from pre-contract stage to post-contract stageProficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office SuiteAble to analyze financial records and apply data to improved resultsStrong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports
