Qualifications
- Trained in patient assessment, vital signs monitoring, and Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Competent in patient handling and transfers using stretchers, wheelchairs, and lifting aids.
- Familiar with medical transport equipment (AED, oxygen, suction units).
- Maintains high infection control, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional with strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Demonstrates empathy and respects patient confidentiality at all times.
Safety & Service
- Complies with WSH standards and company SOPs.
- Practices safe lifting and manual handling techniques.
- Conducts equipment checks and reports safety issues promptly.
- Provides patient-centred, courteous service and maintains a professional image.
Qualifications
- Minimum Secondary education.
- At least 1 year of EMT or ambulance crew experience preferred.
- Valid EMT certification (not expired by more than 1 year).
- AED + CPR / BCLS certification preferred.
- Physically fit and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Passionate about helping patients, especially the elderly and mobility-impaired.
