We're looking for an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to lead our day-to-day warehouse operations. You'll oversee inventory, staff performance, storage optimization, and the smooth flow of goods in and out of the facility.

What You'll Do:

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations (receiving, storage, inventory, order fulfillment).
• Improve warehouse processes for better accuracy and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and security standards.
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff; handle training & performance reviews.
• Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory audits.
• Work closely with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to support supply chain flow.
• Maintain warehouse layout and ensure efficient use of space/equipment.
• Implement cost-saving and efficiency initiatives.
• Prepare reports on inventory, productivity, and operations.
• Handle escalations and resolve operational issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of SOPs, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in warehouse management.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams effectively.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
