Job Descriptions:

1. Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.

2. Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.

3. Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with Building and safety regulations.

4. Analyse and resolve problematic situations and occurrences at project sites.

5. Maintain and communicate trust and continued good relationship with clients, business partners and associates.

6. Attending all site meetings related to work progress and schedules.

7. Ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in construction sector and at least 1 year as a Construction Manager.

3. Can start work immediately or within short notice.

4. Strong communication skills, responsible, proactive, and problem-solving.
