Requirements
Clinic Operations
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Ensure compliance with MOH regulations, clinic SOPs, and safety standards
- Manage scheduling, inventory, suppliers, and equipment
Team Management
- Lead, train, and supervise therapists, consultants, and front-desk staff
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and staff development
- Ensure high staff morale, discipline, and service standards
Sales & Business Performance
- Drive clinic revenue, sales targets, and KPIs
- Monitor treatment conversion rates, retention, and upselling opportunities
- Plan and execute promotions, packages, and campaigns
Customer Experience
- Handle customer escalations and feedback professionally
- Maintain excellent service quality and patient satisfaction
- Ensure consistent service delivery and brand standards
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare sales, operational, and performance reports
- Track expenses, productivity, and clinic KPIs
- Work closely with management on strategy and improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in an aesthetic / beauty / medical clinic management role
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Proven experience in sales performance and clinic operations
- Good understanding of aesthetic treatments and customer journey
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with reports, systems, and clinic software
- Ability to work weekends and retail hours when required
