What You'll Experience & Learn
  • Fine dining service standards in a Japanese sushi omakase setting
  • Guest engagement, reservations, and service flow management
  • Wine service fundamentals, with exposure to premium Burgundy wines
  • Daily restaurant operations and team coordination
  • Leadership, communication, and service management skills

Who We're Looking For
  • Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates passionate about hospitality
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong service mindset
  • Good communication skills and professional presentation
  • Interest in Japanese cuisine, fine dining, and wine is a plus
  • Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
