FULL/ PART-TIME TRAINEE BAKER (CAKE DECO DEPARTMENT)║JURONG CENTRAL KITCHEN║ NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

▶️Full-Time:
• 7.00am - 4.00pm (Overtime may be required based on production needs)
• Gross salary up to $2,400 per month (Inclusive of allowances + OT pay)
▶️Part-Time:
• 7.00am - 1.30pm/ 8am-2.30pm (Shift extension may be required based on production needs)
• $9 per hour (Weekdays) , +$2 per hour (Weekends & PH)
Working Schedule: 4 days' of work, followed by 1-day off (Inclusive of weekends & public holidays)
Job Responsibilities:
• Assemble and layer cakes with precision, ensuring even application of creams and fillings.
• Apply decorative elements consistently to meet brand and design specifications.
• Ensure all cakes meet company's SOPs, quality standards, portioning guidelines and visual presentation requirements.
• Assist with ingredient preparation, including cutting fruits, preparing fillings and organizing materials for daily production.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and hygienic workstation at all times in compliance with food safety standards.
• Assist other production sections when required to meet daily production targets.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor/ Manager to support smooth daily operations.
Job Requirements:
• SINGAPOREANS ONLY
• Min. 1 year of experience as a Cake Decorator or in a bakery/ production environment is an advantage.
• Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
• Physically fit ― able to stand for long hours, carry moderate to heavy loads and perform repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable working in a cold environment, including chiller/ freezer (jackets will be provided) .
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing and able to commit to 4-days' of work, followed by 1-day off cycle (inclusive of weekends & public holidays) .
