Key Responsibilities / 主要职责
1. Develop new beverage concepts and recipes, from ideation to commercialization.
开发饮品新品概念和配方,从创意构思到商业化落地。
2. Conduct taste tests, sensory evaluation, and quality control for all beverages.
负责饮品口味测试,感官评估及质量控制。
3. Collaborate with suppliers to source ingredients and optimize cost and quality.
与供应商合作,确保原料供应,优化成本与品质。
4. Analyze market trends and consumer feedback to guide product innovation.
分析市场趋势与消费者反馈,指导产品创新方向。
5. Ensure compliance with Singapore food safety regulations (SFA) and company standards.
确保产品符合新加坡食品安全法规(SFA)及公司标准。
6. Mentor and manage junior R&D staff, maintaining a high-performance team.
培养和管理研发团队成员,保持高效团队运作。
Qualifications / 任职要求
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or related field.
食品科学,烹饪艺术或相关专业本科及以上学历。
• Minimum 5 years experience in beverage R&D, preferably in tea, juice, or specialty drinks.
至少5年饮品研发经验,优先考虑茶饮,果汁或特色饮品方向。
• Strong knowledge of beverage formulation, flavor profiling, and ingredient interactions.
熟悉饮品配方,口味调配及原料相互作用。
• Familiarity with Singapore food regulations (SFA) and quality standards.
熟悉新加坡食品安全法规及质量标准。
• Excellent communication, project management, and team leadership skills.
优秀的沟通能力,项目管理能力和团队领导力。
Preferred / 优先条件
• Experience in F&B start-ups or fast-moving beverage chains.
有餐饮创业或快速扩张饮品连锁经验。
• Innovative mindset with a passion for beverage trends and consumer experience.
