Factory Supervisor - Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Interpret and understand technical drawings and shop drawings
• Conduct on-site measurements and verify dimensions accurately
• Perform material cutting and preparation according to drawings
• Operate woodworking machinery and tools safely and efficiently
• Plan and order required materials for production and installation
• Supervise, assign, and manage workers' daily tasks and workflow
• Ensure quality control during fabrication and installation
• Lead and participate in on-site cabinet installation works
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure work progress meets schedule

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a senior carpenter / carpentry foreman
• Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Hands-on experience in measurement, cutting, and machine operation
• Familiar with cabinet fabrication and installation processes
• Able to manage and lead a team of workers effectively
• Basic proficiency in English (spoken and reading)
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
