- Strong in liaison with authorities, clients and consultants and possess effective writing skills
- Responsible for overall project execution in key areas of progress, cost, quality, safety and environmental
- Conduct routine inspections on site to ensure smooth progress & compliance with approved design and specifications
- Recognised Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering recognised by the PE Board or qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control
- Minimum 12 years of engineering experience and at least 8 years of experience in managing design and construction teams for LTA MRT projects of similar scale and complexity
- An added advantage for those who can start within a short notice
