Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead professional development initiatives for educators.
• Guide the implementation of an inquiry-based, holistic curriculum that supports children's cognitive and emotional development.
• Align the centre's curriculum and programmes with the organisation's mission, vision, and core values.
• Enhance and sustain the centre's reputation for excellence within the community and among parents.
• Oversee operational and administrative functions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
• Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Diploma in Pre-school Education - Leadership/Training (DPE-L/T) or equivalent, recognised by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).
• Minimum of 3 years' experience managing pre-school centres.
• Proven supervisory experience with strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
