Job Description

Reporting to the Principal, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction and overall management of the preschool.

• Contribute to curriculum planning and professional development by providing insights and guidance, and mentoring teachers on pedagogy, teaching methods, and the effective use of tools and resources.
• Lead the development of strategies for parent engagement, community involvement, and talent management.
• Oversee and optimise the management of centre resources, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and management of controllable expenses.
• Implement and manage centre programmes, initiatives, and events.
• Handle administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the centre.

Requirements

• Diploma in Pre-school Education - Leadership (DPL) is mandatory.
• 3-5 years of experience in early childhood education, including 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Familiarity with ECDA regulations and the Early Years Development Framework (EYDF).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• A genuine passion for child development and early childhood education.
