We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Operations Assistant to support our daily production and order fulfilment activities. This role involves assembling crystal bead bracelets, picking stock for orders, and packing items carefully for courier dispatch.

This position is suitable for individuals who are detail-oriented, enjoy hands-on work, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced but friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production & Assembly

• Assemble crystal bead bracelets according to provided designs and instructions
• Ensure proper alignment, durability, and finishing quality of each bracelet
• Check for defects such as loose beads, scratches, or incorrect combinations
• Maintain a clean and organised production workspace

2. Order Fulfilment & Stock Picking

• Pick correct items from inventory based on order lists
• Verify product accuracy (design, size, quantity) before packing
• Handle crystals, jewelry, and packaging materials with care

3. Packing & Dispatch Preparation

• Pack products neatly and securely according to packing guidelines
• Include correct inserts, cards, or accessories when required
• Label parcels accurately and prepare them for courier collection
• Ensure all outgoing orders meet quality and presentation standards

4. General Operations Support

• Assist with basic stock organisation and replenishment
• Follow operational procedures and instructions from the supervisor
• Support ad-hoc operational tasks when required

  • Able to perform hands-on, repetitive work with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with small items such as beads and jewelry
  • Responsible, punctual, and willing to follow instructions
  • No prior experience required (training will be provided)
  • Able to work well independently and as part of a team

    • Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 6.15 pm
