Degree in Mechanical / Electrical must

Basic knowledge on reinforcement structure (Civil) works experience required

Able to manage project / office works

Able to read building mechanical, electrical drawings

Prepare tender, quotation for clients

Preparation of monthly claims

Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly work progress

Attend site, consultant, tender meetings

Familiar with MS Office

Class 3 license must

Pick up / drop worker in the early morning and night time after works

Able to work weekends and public holidays for shutdown jobs

Good interpersonal and communication skill

Basic understanding of BIM

Able to draw AutoCAD drawings

Minimum 12 years of experience in construction M&E industry
