Real Estate Personal Assistant (Long-Term Role)


We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Real Estate Personal Assistant to support a dynamic real estate professional in daily business operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining excellent client relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives.

As the majority of clients are Chinese-speaking, strong Chinese speaking and writing skills are essential for this role.

6-day work week.

Open to

Singaporeans, Permanent Residents, and Chinese Malaysians

This is a long-term support role and is not suitable for aspiring real estate agents.

Key Responsibilities


1. Client Management & Communication

  • Follow up with clients promptly and professionally.
  • Respond to messages, calls, and enquiries on behalf of the agent.
  • Maintain positive and professional client relationships through timely communication.

2. Scheduling & Coordination

  • Organize and manage appointments, property viewings, and meetings.
  • Coordinate calendars, set reminders, and ensure smooth daily operations.

3. Administrative Support

  • Handle submission of paperwork and documentation accurately.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain files, contracts, and transaction records.
  • Assist in creating professional PowerPoint presentations and proposals.

4. Marketing & Media Support

  • Manage and update social media platforms with engaging content.
  • Assist with filming and simple video editing for property marketing when required.
  • Support ongoing marketing campaigns and personal branding initiatives.
  • Basic editing skills are required (simple cuts, captions, uploads).

5. General & Ad-hoc Assistance

  • Run errands and provide ad-hoc support when needed.
  • Anticipate operational needs and proactively support the agent to improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Chinese).
  • Proficiency in:

    • Google Sheets
    • Google Docs
    • Canva
    • ChatGPT
    • Basic video editing software
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility and accountability.
  • Prior experience in real estate, marketing, or administrative support is an advantage but not mandatory.
